WIN: Jock Scot At The Social

Win a pair of tickets for a night at The Social celebrating the work of Jock Scot

Next month, The Social will host a night with post-punk luminary Jock Scot to make the impending release of the documentary Jock Scot: Services To Rock ’N’ Roll as well as the reissue of his album My Personal Culloden via Heavenly Records.

On the night, Jock will read his poetry live set to music from Davy Henderson of Fire Engines among other projects. Jock will also be in conversation with the documentary’s director, Robert Rubbish. Last week we published the results of a long lunch between the pair and Fat White Family’s Lias Saoudi which you can check out here. Tickets for the show, which takes place on September 14, can be found here, but we have a couple of pairs of tickets to give away if you don’t feel like paying for entertaining nights out. You can be in with the chance of winning one of those pairs by sending the correct answer to the question below to comps@thequietus.com. The competition closes at midday on Thursday.

Which of the following has Jock Scot not worked with?

A: Ian Dury

B: Diana Ross
