Mercury prize nominee and Eno-collaborator Jon Hopkins has covered Luke

Abbott’s track ‘Modern Driveway’. The track is taken from Abbott’s recently released

EP of the same name, the follow up to the Norfolk native’s

much-lauded 2010 album Holkham Drones. Hopkins takes to the ivories for this sprawling take on Abbott’s melodic techno. The track is subtle and transfixing, as Hopkins plays each note with deliberate tension. Listen via the embed below.
