Field Music To Release New Album

Sunderland's Brothers Brewis to release Plumb in February, tour UK

Tuneful arty indie rockers Field Music are set to release their new album Plumb on 13th February next year, through their long-time label Memphis Industries. Where their previous album Field Music (Measure) was an epic and sprawling double album, the new one has gone for Pink Flag-esque brevity, cramming 15 full songs into a tidy 35 minute running time.

In the meantime the band are to play some shows later this month, then are touring in February in the run up to the new album’s release. Tour dates are as follows:

NOVEMBER:

26th – Middlesbrough, Westgarth Social Club

30th – London, Koko (Memphis Industries 13th Birthday Party)

FEBRUARY:

18th – Glasgow, Stereo Feb

19th – Manchester, Deaf Institute

20th – Leeds, Brudenell Social Club

22nd – Nottingham, Bodega

23rd – Bristol, The Fleece
